I have received several complaints about NWA's handling of minor children. As in them losing them and/or leaving them on their own when a connecting flight is canceled. In one case a boy (about 10) was left unattended and unfed for twelve hours in the airport. He eventually took his ticket to an agent and got home. Still, I send my children via other airlines, even if it costs more money. |
