Flint's Award Winning Employee Chris ? Who?
The reason I do not know Chris's last name is he refused to give me his name at all. I only got his first name after a loud public altercation.
Chris, NWA's award winning employee, has earned special treatment on this page because he was the last in a string of obnoxious NWA staff which I dealt with. And because NWA management had the gall to tell me that he was such a great employee after Chris was not only extremely rude but also demonstrated he was part of NWA's team of liars. The impetus to create this page was the first of what I am sure will be many letters from other travelers who have experienced Chris's service with attitude first hand.
My opinion is that NWA's award winners would not be employable at a reputable company.

I have had a very similar experience in Flint, MI. I, too sent letters and e-mails to NWA. Their response about the employee's (Chris's) behavior was they could 'do nothing regarding the weather!"
They are the pits!
