Finally a web page I can BELIEVE in!

Saw the URL for this page in USAToday, and the themestuck a chord in me, after the experience my girlfriend and I had in Detroit New Year's weekend.

Our story is nowhere near as bad as some of the other stories but being trapped in Memphis was not so hot. I want to publically burn the lousy $75 voucher if someone can rally some cameras!

Talk about being treated poorly. Their service is well below the standard set by other airlines, which only further shows how crummy Northworst is. I think I'd rather drive than to give them one cent of my money. If Detroit were smart they'd run them out of the city on a rail and get Southwest to make DTW a hub.
