    Thank you for the great site. Because of where I live sometimes I have to fly Northwest, I am still a preferred member. I too like everybody else have my horror stories and now fly them as a last resort. Last year they kept me at the gate for 10 hours while they said the plane would be leaving in 15 minutes, this on my birthday. Once I had to go into the baggage area
to find my own bags and they have the crappiest lounge areas (I canceled my membership). My personal protest isn't doing much but I think you started a good thing. My personal favorite airline is Air Canada, if you can get on their flights give them a try.
