Hi...Was so glad when I noticed your web address in the newspaper.  Hope everyone that is fed up with Northwurst comments.  Their employee attitude is undescribable.  We flew to Europe in November and acted like we were being done a favor receiving a bag of peanuts.  January we went to Florida, not any better and just recently returned from Phoenix and the attitude was don't work us so hard, choose another airline. To all the smart alecks that say find an alternative, I say, as soon as we can get the monopoly broke for carriers in Michigan and especially Detroit METRO, we're out of here.  

Complaining to the airline is always to no avail.. Keep pouring it on, pretty soon a few of them might wake up! P.S. After going to the Orient two times in the past on NorthWest we' ve decided this coming fall we'd rather drive to Chicago (250 miles) then leave from our home airport of Saginaw and have the entire flight a miserable drudge....Thanks again
