I believe that you can trace most of the problems at Northworst airlines to the Detroit ground crew and/or the airport in general. They are totally disorganized, lazy, and incompetent at what they do. I thought that Philadelphia was bad, but it doesn't hold a candle to Detroit - what a mess. I have flown four times through Detroit and average 90 minutes late.
Keep this board going - its time we get a chance to vent - besides my computer is more responsive than the customer service at Northworst.
