I have not flown Northwest since 1991 and would not ever again. Sunday night's 20/20 account of the snowstorm/runway disaster over New Year's weekend was stunning, yet not surprising. I have had nothing but hassels and severe rudeness from Northwest in the past and happily, I live in a large city with many carriers and I never have to fly them again. I feel for those that live in Michigan or the upper mid-west and are held hostage to flying such a reprehensible and disgusting airline.
