Northwest spokesman Jon Austin said: “Sites like NorthworstAir.org aren’t effective at all in resolving consumer complaints,” and then said: “We don’t monitor those sites. We don’t react to information posted on those sites." If that is the case then why has nwa.com visited this site over 2500 times? And they still don't get it ! ! ! The point of this site is not to resolve complaints, because we already know that NWA does not pay attention to customer's complaints. The point is to alert unwary consumers to avoid NWA and to show wronged customers that they are not the only travelers who are disgusted with NWA. Gripe Sites

I have an unusually heavy travel schedule and I have fallen behind. I now have several hundred comments queued for posting on this site. I will eventually post all of the messages. While each story is unique they are all also similar, in that NWA treated both employees and fliers alike, poorly.
